Lyrics

Jesus Is The Bread Of Life And That's All I Need

I was hungry in my soul, empty in my chest
Searching for a peace that would give me rest
Tried the world, but it never could feed
Everything I chased left me wanting to need
Then I heard the Savior say, “Come to Me”
“I’m the bread of life, and I’m all you need”
No more starving in the dark, no more thirsty inside
When I came to Christ, He satisfied

He fills the broken, He heals the weak
Living water and the bread we seek
Every craving, every ache, every cry
Found its answer in the Son on high

Jesus, You’re the Bread of Life
You satisfy my soul, You make it right
Whoever comes to You won’t hunger again
Whoever believes will never thirst, amen
Jesus, You’re the Bread of Life
You keep me living, You’re my daily supply
Forever enough, forever true
All that I need is found in You

I was running after things that would fade away
Fame and fortune couldn’t light my day
But Your love came through like a holy flame
Now I know there’s power in the name
You don’t just give a little, You give it all
When I’m weak, Lord, You stand tall
Every midnight moment, every storm I face
You’re my portion, my hope, my grace

No hunger, no thirst, in You I abide
Your word is my shelter, Your love my guide
You are the answer, the truth, the way
The Bread of Heaven, here to stay

Jesus, You’re the Bread of Life
You satisfy my soul, You make it right
Whoever comes to You won’t hunger again
Whoever believes will never thirst, amen
Jesus, You’re the Bread of Life
You keep me living, You’re my daily supply
Forever enough, forever true
All that I need is found in You
